Grain Management Acquires Majority Stake in Toronto Data Center

Grain Management, LLC (“Grain”), a private investment firm specializing in the global broadband sector, has recently acquired a cutting-edge, 127,000-square-foot Tier III data center located at 55 Hereford Street in Brampton, Ontario. Situated just outside Toronto, this property is near one of Canada’s largest carrier hotels and interconnection hubs. The acquisition is in collaboration with StratCap, a global investment management platform with a focus on digital infrastructure.

The data center currently operates with 10 MVA of utility power, much of which is sourced from nuclear clean energy, with plans to increase capacity to 27 MVA. The property presents significant leasing potential, especially for hyperscalers and wholesale tenants, thanks to its advanced electrical and mechanical systems, as well as available land for future expansion.
